The INTEGREAT Programme began in 2006, and the Communications Unit continues to implement this outreach programme, which targets students of secondary schools and universities.  The programme is designed to acquaint them with the ACS’ objectives and its role in promoting regional cooperation in the focal areas, in addition to information concerning the history and culture of the Member States and Associate Members.

In this regard, the ACS Secretariat has received visits from groups of students from Guadeloupe, Martinique, Suriname and Trinidad & Tobago.  Students range from High School, to Masters’ level.

The session includes a PowerPoint presentation delivered by the Communications Officer, and may also include the participation of the Secretary General and other ACS officials.
