SG Sabonge's Congratulatory Note to New Caricom SG

Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge has extended best wishes to Dr. Carla Barnett as she begins her tenure at the head of Caricom, here is an excerpt from his letter.

I have the profound honour to express to you, on behalf of the Association of Caribbean States and indeed on my own behalf, sincere congratulations on your appointment as the 1st Female and 8th  Secretary-General of the Caribbean Community (CARICOM). In this regard, allow me further to express my confidence in the success of your term in office and in the deepening of the current warm and productive relationship between the CARICOM-ACS, as we continue to forge ahead toward the sustainable development of the Greater Caribbean.

While extending our every best wish to the Caribbean Community for continued peace and prosperity of the region, permit me to reiterate to you, Excellency, the assurances of my highest consideration and esteem.
