Secretary General receives a courtesy visit from the Ambassador of the Russian Federation

The Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States, Her Excellency Ambassador Dr. June Soomer received a courtesy visit from His Excellency Nikolay Smirnov, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the Cooperative Republic of Guyana, Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, St. Vincent and the Grenadines and Grenada. The visit took place at the Secretariat of the ACS in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago on Tuesday 13th September, 2016.
