The Minister-Counsellor and Deputy Head of Mission of the Embassy of Japan, Mr. Masatoshi Sato paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States, Her Excellency Ambassador Dr. June Soomer on Tuesday August 23rd 2016 at the Secretariat of the ACS in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
