Secretary General meets with Russian Ambassador

Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge held a meeting with the non-resident Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Trinidad and Tobago, His Excellency Alexander S. Kurmaz. Russia is currently an observer to the Association of Caribbean States.
