Secretary General meets with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala

In the framework of the XXVIII Ibero-American Summit of Heads of State and Government held in the Dominican Republic, Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge held a working meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Guatemala, Mario Búcaro, to work on the preparation of the next meeting of the Ministerial Council.
