SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION 

We are looking for a creative and strategic social media assistant to work in our marketing department. The social media assistant is responsible for brainstorming campaigns, creating social media posts, and analysing analytics.

To be successful as a social media assistant, you must have excellent time management skills. A good social media assistant is eager to keep abreast of industry innovations and new software. 

 

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Running social media advertising campaigns: managing our social networks, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin et Instagram;
  • Formulating high-quality novel, written and visual content for each social media campaign: participate in the creation of visual and graphic materials;
  • Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence;
  • Monitoring the ACS's brand on social media: participate in the elaboration of a monthly report and follow-up of activities (audience and performance indicators, website and social networks);
  • Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives;
  • Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers and bloggers;
  • Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement;
  • Responding to comments on each of our accounts;
  • Management and development of a database of media contacts and partners.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Social media marketing experience.
  • Experience developing social media strategies.
  • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
  • Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform.
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
  • Understanding of graphic design principles.
  • Ability to measure the success of campaigns.
  • Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude;
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills;
  • Excellent research and analytical skills;
  • Results driven, able to meet targets/deadlines.
