SG Sabonge Chats with Former SG Silié

Secretary General Rodolfo Sabonge paid a courtesy call on former ACS Secretary General Rubén Silié. They exchanged views on the need to strengthen the relevance and branding of the ACS. They also discussed the COVID-19 pandemic and the role that the ACS should play. Ambassador Silié served as Secretary General from 2004 – 2008. At present, he is Vice Minister of External Multilateral Policy of the Dominican Republic.
