Regional Seminar- Visions and Perspectives of Integration in the Insular Caribbean

H.E. Alfonso Múnera, Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) delivered an Inaugural Lecture titled “Challenges and Possibilities for Cooperation and Integration in the Insular Caribbean- The role of the Association of Caribbean States” during the Regional Seminar- Visions and Perspectives of Integration in the Insular Caribbean. The Seminar was organised by the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (Spanish: Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales -FLASCO) and the Mother and Teacher Pontifical Catholic University (Spanish- Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra PUCMM) on 7th October, 2015 in the Dominican Republic.
