The Ambassador of the Republic of Guatemala, His Excellency Mario Torres paid a courtesy visit to the Secretary General of the ACS Her Excellency Dr. June Soomer on Monday 12th December 2016 at the ACS Secretariat in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
