ACS meets with Costa Rica

The Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS), Rodolfo Sabonge and Costa Rica's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Arnoldo André, held what the Minister described as a very fruitful bilateral meeting on ACS-related matters. They ranged from preparations for the decision-making meetings to be held in New York on the margins of the UN General Assembly, to Costa Rica's key role as a founding member and part of the Central American grouping within the ACS in promoting the Association's cooperation in its 5 focal areas. These points will be presented at the 6th ACS International Conference in Cuba on 11 November.
